This property is modern and bright and very well equipped with really nice quality furniture and very comfortable beds. The garden is a delight and, although in the grounds of the hosts' home, is completely separate, private and secluded. The cottage is down a very quiet lane but within easy walking distance of the pubs and shops. The hosts greeted us on arrival and told us to let them know if we needed anything. Which we didn't, as they had thought of everything. Would definitely recommend. Mr B. UK. June 2021

Jane was a wonderful host and the property is fantastic. We were traveling with two little children, and the space was perfect for us. nice outdoors area, bbq and just about everything you need for a quiet weekend away. We had a wonderful break at Jane’s, the cottage is spotless, perfect for families and the beds and beddings 4* hotel grade!! Jane was very communicative and helpful, she recommended lots of lovely activities /walk suitable for us. We didn’t have a car and all necessities are close by on foot. Jane and Martin were wonderful hosts for our stay at the cottage, which is situated within the beautiful and well maintained gardens of the main house but has its own private garden area. It is a perfect rural idyll, very restful and quiet. The cottage is well located for a wide range of activities in the area, with lots of great pubs and restaurants to eat at within easy travelling distance. It was clean, well equipped and well furnished (and the bed was really very comfortable!). We would most certainly recommend the cottage as an ideal place to stay in the East Sussex area. Mrs M. We had a wonderful stay at Manor House Cottage. It was tranquil and welcoming and we felt like it was our little home for the time we spent there.
